For the moment I'm just "acting" as the level up from where I am now, but after 4 months working a level up, they pay you for it as well. And the backpay you to when you started working at that level! Hooray! So anyway, at the moment I have more work without more money, but it will come eventually. I've just gotta get all the paperwork (or should I say e-paperwork) done. I won’t pretend that I understand much of that. But what I did sounded interesting.
