It's a sweet machine and does everything I couuld possibly need it to, though I find the bit torrent client a little limited. It does replace the need for another machine in the house for all the serer-ish tasks. This is in no other terms, a big steaming piece of shit. I have seen 10Mb networks transfer files way faster than this "gigabit" unit. It is inexcusable, I just can't fathom why anyone would put such crappy product on the market. I will never touch anything made by tagan or raidsonic with a 10ft pole. I think if I get an DLNA/UPnP capable NAS I can browse it from a ps3 and stream media, which would be pretty sick. Hey, how did the research go on a new NAS?
